We had them made on day two of our trip, and we were able to pick them up as agreed at the end of the trip, when we returned to Bangkok. When we picked them up, we were able to make a few adjustments to improve the fit. These were processed within 24 hours. I'll definitely be back here the next time I'm in Bangkok!"

I had three suits and a leather jacket made at Shanu, and I'm thrilled with the service and the results. They took plenty of time to take our measurements (my friend also ordered a few items) and advise us on color, material, etc. They gave us lots of tips and their honest opinions, and they weren't just trying to sell us something. The fitting was thorough, and all of my alterations were implemented quickly and flawlessly. Overall, I highly recommend this tailor shop; even if you might pay a bit more, it's absolutely worth it.

I'm a negotiator. I like to negotiate. I realized that quality isn't available in every store. Especially since many stores are owned by dishonest and poorly organized people. You'll understand when you meet Shanu, the owner here. In fact, when I met him, I fell in love with his honesty. They say it's in the first four seconds that you know if someone's fit is right or not. Whether it's in business, love, or friendship, I always know it in advance! I've bought five custom-made suits. I'm very, very satisfied with the results of each one. I also have seven shirts! I'm a very happy Canadian!

Best service!!! We arrived at the store 8 p.m. before our return flight home. We requested two two-piece suits by express delivery for the next day. They were incredibly professional and kind! We came back to the store that same evening at 9 p.m. for alterations, and they worked all night to deliver the two suits before we left for the airport the next morning. Unprecedented efficiency for a great price-quality ratio (3x cheaper than the quotes we had in France). We recommend this store with our eyes closed! We were only in Bangkok for a short time, but otherwise we recommend a minimum of three days to get a truly high-quality experience.

Highly recommended! We came here for four suits (including two for a wedding), but the women simply showed us a photo, and their dresses were perfectly recreated, completely to size and in the color of our choice. The service is fantastic: the next day they check if any alterations are needed, and you can pick everything up shortly after. Super friendly people, excellent quality of both suits and dresses, and you can really choose every detail yourself.
